Responsibilities
Build long-term, trust-based partnerships and proactively identify growth and cross-selling opportunities across the full product suite.
Deepen and expand strategic relationships with existing clients through sustained, high-quality engagement and a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.
Design and continuously optimize key client service processes and systems; formulate management standards and oversee the health and performance of key client accounts.
Lead in-depth analysis of client behavior to uncover latent needs; produce key client analysis reports and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver optimal client solutions.
Lead the client manager team: set performance and service standards, coach and develop junior team members, and build long-term team capability.
Represent the voice of key clients internally, contributing insights to product strategy and business planning.
Requirements
5+ years of team leadership experience, with a proven record of coaching and developing junior talent.
Background in both crypto and traditional financial institutions is a strong plus.
Strong client management skills: building and maintaining high-value relationships, structured client profiling, and designing impactful client engagement activities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; flexible and effective across a wide range of situations.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, overseas partners, and relevant stakeholders.
Resilient under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Genuine passion for crypto/fintech.
