Scope of Work:
The service provider will be responsible for filming, editing, and delivering video content in accordance with IRC’s communication and relevant donor branding guidelines.
- Film video content at locations across Lebanon, as identified and agreed with IRC.
- Filming mobile medical unit activities, including service delivery, staff-community interactions, client testimonials/interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Capturing a comprehensive range of B-roll and contextual footage, including wide, medium and close-up shots, community surroundings, centers, facilities, landscapes, and relevant activities.
- Capturing client/community reactions and interactions, while ensuring privacy, dignity, informed consent, and compliance with IRC safeguarding requirements.
- Providing raw footage and a well-organized B-roll package for IRC's future communication and reporting needs.
- Editing the final video, including color correction, sound mixing, subtitles, graphics, animation and/or infographics where required.
- Transcribing and translating interview/video content between Arabic and English, as required.
- Applying IRC and relevant donor branding and communication guidelines.
- Providing the technical equipment, lighting, sound, and production facilities required for the assignment, including access to a studio if needed.

- The service provider will go through 3 rounds of feedback from the IRC before submitting final versions.

Deliverables:
The service provider is expected to deliver:
- To deliver 1 edited video (3 – 4 minutes) combining a day in life documentation of a mobile medical unit with a client/patient testimonial interview, showcasing the delivery of health services and the experience of accessing care. The video should include footage of the MMU, health staff, service delivery, client/patients’ interactions, and relevant contextual activities and surroundings.
- To deliver contextual footage including B-roll and contextual footage showcasing MMU operations, health workers, the surrounding community, and the delivery of health services. Along with behind-the-scenes footage capturing the process and environment of service delivery.
- To deliver raw and edited materials, including:
- Final edited video in the agreed formats and specifications.
- Raw footage and an organized B-roll package from the filming.
- Relevant interview footage, recordings and audio files.
- Transcripts and/or translated subtitles in Arabic and English, as required.

The Videographer will edit the videos, submit drafts and final versions to the IRC. The IRC reserves the unrestricted right to use the material for its own and third parties’ channels (including but not limited to media, social media, websites, and print) and may also offer the produced content free of charge to media outlets.
Requirements:
- Meet with the IRC Health team and Communication Team for a brief on the project, planning, and the expected output.
- Draft a scenario of the videos and share it with IRC team for review and approval.
- Potential interviews with IRC staff may be included.
- The video should capture the speakers’ in-action and reflect the impact of the project.
- If needed, incorporate existing IRC B-roll material into the video.
- Include 10 – 20 high-resolution photos of featured interviewees for reports and print;
- The videographer can purchase an external hard drive with the needed capacity to copy the material on and handover to IRC.
