The listing
Skill Sprouts ABA is looking for a BCBA who values flexibility, clinical independence, and quality care.
We’re a growing ABA provider serving children and young adults across New Mexico. This is a fully remote position, with in-person client visits only when they are clinically necessary or a specific case calls for it.

Work closely with RBTs, families, schools, and other providers

Receive administrative and clinical support

What You'll Do

Conduct behavioral and functional assessments
-
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

Review data and make informed clinical decisions

Supervise, support, and provide feedback to RBTs and ABA staff

Provide caregiver training and support
-
Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the care team

Monitor client progress and make programming changes when needed

Provide ongoing clinical guidance to your RBT team

Complete required clinical documentation

Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
What We're Looking For

Current BCBA certification through the BACB
-
New Mexico licensure or ability to obtain licensure
-
Master’s degree or higher in ABA, behavior analysis, psychology, education, special education, or a related field

Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Collaborative, ethical, and family-centered approach
Bilingual Spanish is preferred, and candidates who speak Native American languages are also strongly encouraged to apply.
