Currently we are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Perform exploratory and descriptive analytics to support business decisions.
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business goals.
- Design and build dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
- Automate recurring reporting for departments such as product, marketing, and operations.
- Deliver insights in clear and actionable visualizations.
- Translate data findings into business recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Operations) to define analytical needs.
- Support strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.
You have:
- 2+ years in BI, Data Analysis, or related field.
- Proven experience building dashboards and reports for business use.
- Strong SQL (complex joins, aggregations, CTEs).
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI.
- Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Solid Excel/Sheets skills for quick analysis.
- English - B2+
A big plus: familiarity with Python/R and cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).
You are:
- Skilled at defining and tracking KPIs and funnels.
- Able to turn data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable presenting results to non-technical teams.
- Business-oriented with attention to accuracy.
