Our value-based approach to care delivery aligns incentives, offering patients better outcomes, payors guaranteed reduction in medical expense, and provider partners greater financial independence.

This role owns the full lifecycle of operational reporting: pulling and reconciling data across sources, reviewing it for accuracy and consistency, building and maintaining dashboards, and generating insights that practice administrators and leadership can act on.

• Generate clear, actionable insights from complex, multi-source datasets and present them to both technical and non-technical audiences, including clinic-level operators and senior leadership

Stakeholder Partnership

Automation & Process Improvement

• To address all of the above responsibilities efficiently, individual should leverage modern tools and techniques (e.g., Excel Power Query, SQL, Claude)
