As an Assistant Clinical Project Manager within our Medical Imaging team, you will play a key role in supporting study execution from startup through closeout. Working closely with Clinical Project Managers, sponsors, sites, and cross-functional teams, you will coordinate project activities, manage study documentation, monitor deliverables, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements. What You'll Be Doing
- Support Clinical Project Managers with day-to-day project administration across imaging studies and programs.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, study materials, presentations, reports, and project records.
- Participate in project meetings, sponsor calls, training sessions, and cross-functional discussions.
- Review and interpret study protocols to understand project requirements, timelines, and imaging deliverables.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams to ensure timely completion of study milestones and project deliverables.
- Support project startup, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities throughout the study lifecycle.
- Assist with project financial activities, including scope change documentation updates, invoice reconciliation follow-up, and forecasting reports.
- Monitor internal workflows and data flow activities to support timely completion of operational tasks.
- Communicate professionally with clients, sponsors, sites, and internal stakeholders regarding project status and deliverables.
- Verify imaging protocol requirements are met and ensure study queries are appropriately identified and escalated.
- Create, review, and distribute project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow up on outstanding items, including missing data, incomplete documentation, site queries, and project action items.
- Support issue tracking and resolution by partnering with Clinical Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Assist with the management, distribution, and tracking of site-facing materials and logistics activities.
- Serve as an acting Project Manager when required and support continuity of project operations.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Perform project activities in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, FDA requirements, and company procedures.
What We Look For
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, clinical research, healthcare, or a related industry preferred.
- Experience supporting project teams, clinical operations, study management, or customer-facing activities is desirable.
- Understanding of clinical trial processes, medical imaging studies, or clinical research environments preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs and timelines.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and goal-oriented approach to problem solving and project execution.
- Professional, customer-focused mindset with the ability to build productive relationships with sponsors, sites, and internal stakeholders.
