Who we need
Emerging Travel Group is a global travel-tech company that builds and operates online travel products and booking platforms for travelers, travel professionals, and accommodation partners across international markets. Working at the intersection of technology and travel, the team is focused on delivering reliable booking experiences and strong partner connectivity across the platform.
As a Middle Combi QA Engineer on the International CRM team, you'll work on our internal CRM — the central workspace for the entire customer support and business teams, where they communicate with clients, resolve requests, and manage their daily work. The product is rich in business logic and integrations: from HubSpot and voice bots to telephony, email, and internal AI/LLM services. You'll combine manual testing with automation in Python using a ready-made framework, work closely with product managers, developers, and system analysts, and verify that data flows correctly between the CRM and neighboring services. The role is a great fit for a QA engineer who adapts easily to change, enjoys working independently while knowing when to ask for help, and wants to grow across different product areas.

- Experience in integration testing and verifying data consistency between systems is a plus.
- English at B2 level or higher.
- Flexibility, openness to change, and a desire to grow.
Benefits

- Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together.
- Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities.
- Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences.
- Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world.
- Corporate prices on hotels and travel services.
- MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensation.
