The listing

This is a chance to own influencer marketing for a brand-new product from day one and to grow it into the Influencer function for the whole of United Tech. You will turn creators and communities into a steady flow of targeted traffic and sign-ups across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit and Quora, with clear goals, your own area of responsibility and an agreed budget to work with. Every idea you test, from a new author to a new format or distribution channel, shows up directly in user growth and cost per registration. And as the channel proves itself, you will build a team of 2–3 people to scale what works
 

About our product: This is a web-first platform for real-time text and video communication, built around instant connections between real people. Users can start a text chat without registration or join a video session after logging in, directly in the browser, fast and frictionless. The product leverages an AI-powered matching system and combines AI-driven and human moderation to ensure safe interactions, high-quality content, and scalable platform growth.

In this role you will

    • Build and lead a team of 2–3 people: SMM Manager, Influencer / Outreach Manager and Community Manager

    • Find influencers, creators and communities through manual search, referrals, analytics tools and local agencies, and keep a database of contacts and placements

    • Assess audience fit by GEO and language, real reach, engagement, comment quality and signs of fake activity

    • Negotiate with creators directly or through managers and agencies on pricing, test and package placements, and timelines

    • Prepare briefs, scripts and key messages with a clear call to action to visit the website

    • Run direct ad integrations and content seeding across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit and Quora, adapting each piece to the platform

    • Manage the product’s social media channels

    • Handle agreements, content usage rights, payments, the publication calendar and delivery control

    • Set up tracking of clicks and leads via UTM tags, links and events together with the analytics team

    • Analyze traffic quality, conversion and cost per result, test hypotheses, repeat winning placements and reallocate the budget

    • Prepare regular reports on budget and results with conclusions and a plan for the next cycle

It’s all about you

  • 1+ year of experience across the full influencer marketing cycle: search, vetting, negotiations, briefing, agreements, payment, publication and analysis

  • Cases of driving traffic, sign-ups or other target actions where you can explain your personal contribution, budget and results

  • Hands-on experience with ad integrations and short-form video on Instagram and/or TikTok, Reddit, Quora and similar platforms, plus the ability to adapt your approach to other channels

  • Skilled in manual search and in influencer discovery and analytics tools, including audience and fake-activity checks

  • Confident in negotiating prices, test and repeat placements, working with creators both directly and through intermediaries

  • Able to independently manage the budget, multiple placements and deadlines, tracking everything in Excel / Google Sheets or a CRM

  • Solid understanding of UTM tags, web analytics, conversion and cost per lead, and able to explain the limits of attribution

  • Own the result: you run the full cycle yourself and take every placement through to analysis

  • Persistent in negotiations: you find a way to reach the partner, argue your terms and keep the relationship going

  • Think analytically and creatively: you form hypotheses and change decisions based on test results

  • English at B2 level or higher

    • Would be a plus

    • Other languages you can use to negotiate with local creators, managers and agencies

    • Experience in the dating niche
