We are actively hiring for multiple Client Success Manager roles focused on First Party Casualty solutions across our organization. Opportunities exist across a range of levels. Regardless of role or level, successful candidates are curious, analytical, commercially minded, and passionate about helping insurance carriers optimize claims operations and achieve better business outcomes.
Specific responsibilities and account assignments will vary based on the role, level, and business need.
Salary range is:
$78,556 - $120,000.00
This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.
- Develop expertise in Third-Party Casualty claims operations, industry trends, and CCC solutions.
- Partner with customers to drive adoption, utilization, and measurable business value across assigned solutions.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities that can be addressed through technology and best practices.
- Demonstrate ROI by aligning solution capabilities to customer business objectives, claims outcomes, and operational metrics.
- Provide strategic guidance on workflow optimization, claims transformation, and solution expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Product, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to execute account strategies and achieve customer goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by sharing industry insights, benchmarking, and best practices that improve claims performance and outcomes.
How Success Is Measured
- Time to Value: Time from contract to first meaningful usage
- Adoption: % increase in utilization by product by client
- Renewal & Expansion: Net revenue retention within existing accounts
- 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance, Third-Party Casualty Claims, Client Success, Claims Operations, Consulting, Account Management, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of liability claims handling, casualty workflows, litigation management, medical management, and carrier operations.
- Experience working directly with insurers, TPAs, self-insured organizations, or insurance technology providers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes and customer value.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and consultative skills, including engagement with executive-level stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset with accountability for customer outcomes, retention, and growth.
- Experience supporting claims transformation, operational improvement, or digital modernization initiatives preferred.
Preferred: Experience with casualty claims technologies focused on medical management, claim triage, severity reduction, workflow optimization, analytics, and decision support.
