The listing

We are looking for a Product Designer who combines strong product thinking, interaction design, and hands-on user research to design end-to-end experiences for our global FinTech product.  You will join our Core & Growth direction and work inside a cross-functional tribe alongside a product manager, a product analyst, and developers, where design directly shapes how people start using our product, stay safe, and grow with it.

In this role, you will own features from problem framing to release and post-release iteration. Product analysts own quantitative data, and you will own the qualitative side: talking to users, testing solutions, and understanding why people behave the way they do. You will translate these insights into clear, well-crafted solutions across web and mobile, design within the rules of our design system, and deliver measurable results for both the people who use our product and the company.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design of features within your tribe, from problem framing and discovery to shipped solution and post-release iteration
  • Work as a full member of a cross-functional tribe with a product manager, product analyst, and developers, taking part in discovery, planning, and prioritization
  • Design complex product flows and interfaces such as registration and onboarding, authentication and security settings, admin areas, and partner dashboards
  • Plan and conduct qualitative user research, including user interviews, usability testing, session recording analysis, and heatmap reviews, and synthesize findings into design hypotheses
  • Use quantitative insights from the product analyst (funnels, drop-off points, A/B test results) to decide where to investigate, and bring the qualitative "why" behind the numbers
  • Build user flow maps, user journey maps, and interactive prototypes to explore, test, and communicate solutions
  • Design within the rules of the product design system, using its components, tokens, and patterns correctly (the system itself is maintained by a dedicated Design System Designer)
  • Design for web and mobile (iOS and Android), ensuring consistency and responsiveness across platforms
  • Adapt designs for multiple regions and languages, ensuring layouts and content work effectively across different markets and locales
  • Document design decisions, prepare clear hand-off for developers, and review implementation quality

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in product companies, with features you designed shipped to real users
  • Portfolio with recent (last 1 to 2 years) end-to-end product cases showing the full process: problem, research, hypotheses, solution, and outcome
  • Solid hands-on experience in qualitative user research: planning and running user interviews and usability tests, analyzing session recordings and heatmaps, and synthesizing findings into actionable design hypotheses, using tools such as Maze, Lookback, UserTesting, Clarity, Hotjar, or similar
  • Hands-on experience designing complex, multi-step flows and logic-heavy interfaces (onboarding, authentication, settings, dashboards, or similar)
  • Proven experience in at least one of these areas: onboarding and activation flows with measurable impact, security and authentication UX (two-factor authentication, passkeys, device and session management), admin panels and internal tools or B2B dashboards, partner, affiliate, or referral programs and portals
  • Experience working closely with product managers and product analysts, and using quantitative insights (funnels, A/B test results) as input for design decisions
  • Strong interaction design and information architecture skills, with the ability to make complex things simple and clear
  • Solid visual design skills (typography, layout, hierarchy, composition) and attention to detail
  • Clear understanding of how design systems work (components, variants, tokens, guidelines) and the discipline to design within their rules
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto layout, variants, variables, prototyping)
  • Proficiency in building user flow maps, user journey maps, and interactive prototypes
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile
  • Experience designing for multi-language and multi-regional products
  • Ability to present design decisions to product, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Experience using AI-powered tools (Figma AI plugins, Claude, or similar) in your design workflow
  • Proficient English skills (B2 level) both written and spoken

Will be a plus

  • Experience working with FinTech products (trading, crypto, banking, payments)
  • Experience in more than one of the areas listed in the requirements (for example both onboarding and security, or admin tools and partner portals)
  • Experience designing gamification mechanics
  • Experience creating microinteractions and lightweight UI animations (Lottie, After Effects, Rive, or similar tools)ʼ

We offer

  • 20 paid vacation days per year
  • 10 paid sick leave days per year
  • Public holidays as per the company's approved Public holiday list
  • Medical insurance
  • Opportunity to work remotely
  • Professional education budget
  • Language learning budget
  • Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)

Role mission

About the role:
We are looking for a data-obsessed, metrics-driven Product Designer to join our Growth team, taking ownership of the complete growth loop—from user acquisition and activation to long-term retention and LTV optimization. In our fast-moving B2C trading platform, design is a core engine for business scale. You will design frictionless onboarding and deposit funnels, as well as habit-forming trading experiences, re-engagement mechanics, loyalty features, and re-deposit flows. Working closely with Growth & Lifecycle Product Managers, Data Analysts, and Engineers, you will formulate hypotheses, ship rapid A/B tests, and eliminate cognitive friction across both Web and Mobile platforms. If you combine strong UX fundamentals with behavioral design for habit building and love seeing your work directly move conversion and retention metrics, this role is for you.

1. Role Mission
To maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) by designing intuitive, frictionless, and psychologically engaging user journeys across the full growth funnel. The global need is to turn inbound traffic into active, high-retention traders through rapid experimentation, habit-forming product mechanics, optimized deposit flows, and targeted re-engagement experiences.

Requirements hard skills

3+ years of Product Design experience with a strong focus on Growth, CRO, or Retention/LTV optimization in B2C FinTech, Crypto, Trading, iGaming, or high-volume transactional platforms.

Advanced proficiency in Figma (complex components, auto-layout, interactive prototyping, variables).

Deep understanding of behavioral design frameworks (Hook Model, progressive disclosure, loss aversion, gamification) applied to retention and activation.

Proven experience analyzing behavioral data and drop-off points using analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Clarity).

Solid understanding of native mobile (iOS/Android) and web constraints to ensure design feasibility and smooth developer handoffs.

Requirements soft skills

Data-Informed Mindset: You view design as a series of testable hypotheses and prioritize business impact and metric uplift over personal aesthetic preference.

Full-Funnel Perspective: You understand how early onboarding experiences directly impact 90-day retention and trader LTV.

Agility & Velocity: You iterate rapidly, generate multiple UX variants, and pivot based on test results without ego.

Trader Empathy: Deep understanding of trader psychology during critical moments—from high-anxiety onboarding to the excitement of executing a trade or claiming a reward.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for acquisition funnels, activation steps, and retention/loyalty features.

Formulate hypotheses and generate creative UI/UX variants for rapid A/B testing across activation and retention touchpoints.

Map and optimize habit loops, in-app triggers, contextual nudges, and re-deposit journeys to drive repeat trading behavior.

Analyze session recordings, user drop-off data, and cohort charts to uncover hidden UX friction and propose data-backed design solutions.

Collaborate hand-in-hand with Front-End Engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation, smooth micro-interactions, and low latency.

Will be a plus

Direct experience designing growth or retention features for CFD brokers, Forex, Crypto exchanges, or fintech trading apps.

Experience with micro-animations (Lottie, Rive) to create rewarding feedback loops for gamified retention features.

Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate design ideation, copy variants, or visual asset generation.
