- Use APIs and custom development to solve problems that existing tools can't handle effectively
- Leverage Claude Code and other leading LLMs to rapidly build, troubleshoot, and optimize automations, integrations, internal tools, and AI-powered workflows
- Own projects end-to-end, from identifying the problem through implementation, testing, and ongoing optimization

- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and custom software/internal tool development.
- Ability to independently identify inefficient workflows and determine the best technical solution.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to fix broken automations and integrations.
- Self-starter capable of owning projects from strategy through execution with minimal direction.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to maintain partial overlap with U.S. business hours.
- Time is tracked through Hubstaff during working hours
Benefits
