The listing
We are looking for a SRE to join our Processing Core team.
The Processing Core team is responsible for building and maintaining the core platform that powers our credit card products. We develop solutions for card issuance and management, tariff configuration, transaction processing, and integrations with global payment networks, ensuring the platform remains reliable, scalable, and efficient.
As a SRE, you will contribute to the development and evolution of our core processing platform, working on business-critical systems that support the entire card lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reliable and scalable solutions, improve existing processes, and ensure seamless interactions with global payment networks.
Challenges that await you:
- Managing the reliability and availability of payments processing solutions, ensuring the performance of applications
- Assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of payments processing solutions with a focus on reliability and scalability
- Monitoring technological metrics of services and collaborating with DevOps engineers
- Writing and maintaining deployment scripts, configs, helm charts and CI/CD jobs
- Addressing infrastructure issues and resolving product failures
- Participating in incident investigations to identify and eliminate root causes
- Maintaining technical documentation
What makes you a great fit:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Understanding of the principles of multi-component system architecture and ability to apply them in practice (load balancing, ensuring fault tolerance, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash for automation tasks
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
- Open mind for problem-solving and good troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
