Job Summary
The Account Manager (AM) will play a critical role in ensuring account adoption, retention, and growth for medium and small value accounts. This individual will be responsible for managing ongoing customer relationships, proactively addressing challenges, and driving engagement to maximize client satisfaction. By acting as a trusted advisor, the AM will help customers achieve success with Vomela’s products and services, fostering long-term partnerships.
What You'll Bring...
Account Management & Ownership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for medium and small-value accounts, ensuring they receive personalized attention and support.
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Vomela’s solutions.
- Own customer lifecycle management, providing strategic guidance along the way.
- Monitor customer health indicators, flagging potential risks and implementing retention strategies.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and preferences.
Hunt for New Opportunities
- Continuously analyze accounts for new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights and customer feedback.
- Identify potential referrals and partnerships to acquire new customers, growing your portfolio, and/or expand within existing accounts.
- Work alongside sales reps across end-markets to develop strategic growth plans for key clients.
Customer Success & Support
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to ensure customers are maximizing the value of our printing solutions.
- Provide training, troubleshooting, and education on Vomela’s products and services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their feedback and needs are effectively communicated to internal teams, including operations
Strategic Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operation teams to align on client strategies and timelines, and to deliver seamless experiences.
- Assist in developing targeted engagement initiatives, including educational content, workshops, and webinars.
- Track, measure, and report on customer success metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the refinement of customer success processes and best practices.
Requirements
What You'll Bring...
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications; or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations, ideally in the printing or manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of large-format printing, custom graphics, and production workflows (a plus)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build trust, drive engagement, and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. SFDC, Hubspot) and customer success management tools
- Passion for customer satisfaction, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
