As a supervising clinician with Daybreak Health, you'll:
- Empower the Next Generation: Provide supervision to associate-level therapists helping students navigate anxiety, depression, and stress

Your Role as a Supervising Clinician (LMHC)
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists (LMHCAs), ensuring high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy
- Monitor and ensure supervisees adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards
- Collaborate indirectly with school counselors, teachers, and families through your supervisees to support a holistic care team
- Use Daybreak's tools to help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans for the best possible outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely supervisory documentation in our secure EHR system
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current in youth mental health care
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Active, independent clinical license in North Carolina as an LMHC(required — we are only able to accept LMHC supervisors at this time; other license types, including psychologists, cannot be considered for this role)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Availability during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish or other languages
- Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities
- Background in school settings or working closely with educational institutions
- Active NPI number and CAQH profile
