About the Role

We are engaging PhD-level Psychology professionals fluent in Vietnamese and English to contribute to an innovative AI training project. You will apply your psychology expertise to evaluate case studies, develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios, and assess AI-generated content for accuracy, ethics, and alignment with psychological best practices. No prior AI experience is required — your professional and academic psychology expertise is what matters most.

SENIORITY: PhD / Experienced Psychology Professional

LANGUAGE: Vietnamese — native or near-native; English — advanced

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze psychological case studies, documentation, and scenarios, providing expert feedback and insights.
  • Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Vietnamese and English.
  • Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with established psychological practices.
  • Review psychological concepts across Vietnamese and English to ensure linguistic and cultural fidelity.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide psychology-focused perspectives and recommendations.
  • Document evaluation processes, findings, and reasoning clearly and systematically.
  • Identify cultural or linguistic nuances that may affect the interpretation of psychological content.
  • Contribute insights to improve AI systems' understanding and generation of psychology-related content.

Requirements

  • PhD in Psychology or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical, academic, research, or applied psychology.
  • Native or near-native Vietnamese proficiency.
  • Strong English proficiency, with the ability to communicate complex psychological terminology accurately.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience developing, reviewing, or evaluating psychological case studies, assessments, or research materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ethical judgment and cultural sensitivity.
