AI-Driven Engineering Culture

We are actively building an AI-driven engineering organization with a clear and deliberate stance: artificial intelligence is a core part of how we build and deliver software — not an experiment, not a trend, and not an optional add-on.
AI is embedded into our engineering workflows, from system design and prototyping to refactoring, testing, and code review.

We expect engineers to be fully comfortable working in AI-driven environments and to treat AI as a primary productivity multiplier. Strong engineering judgment, architectural ownership, and accountability remain essential—AI amplifies our engineers, it doesn’t replace responsibility for technical decisions.

The Role

We're looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the cloud infrastructure that keeps millions of players gaming without interruption.

What you will be doing

  • You'll operate and continuously improve production-grade GKE clusters on Google Cloud Platform - keeping things highly available, secure, and scaled for growth;

  • You'll manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm, and take an active role in migrating our infrastructure to Terragrunt;

  • You'll own our GitOps-based release process with Argo CD, making deployments smooth, predictable, and stress-free;

  • You'll maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines across GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps, and drive postmortems that lead to real change;

  • You'll build and maintain observability and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki/ELK - catching issues before players ever notice them;

  • You'll automate routine operational tasks and contribute to better infrastructure standards and documentation;

  • You'll take part in the on-call rotation together with the team.

What we are looking for

  • Solid hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering role;

  • Proven, production-grade experience with Google Cloud Platform - GKE, Compute Engine, networking, IAM, DNS, and cost management included;

  • Deep hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production: networking, ingress, autoscaling, upgrades, and troubleshooting under pressure;

  • Strong Terraform skills in production environments; Terragrunt experience is a big plus - if you're keen to learn it, we still want to hear from you;

  • Working knowledge of Helm and Docker/containerized workloads;

  • Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (Argo CD is a plus);

  • Hands-on experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki/ELK);

  • Scripting skills in Bash and/or Python;

  • Strong Linux and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS) with excellent troubleshooting skills;

  • Experience participating in on-call rotations and handling production incidents using tools such as PagerDuty;

  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Terragrunt. If you haven't worked with it yet but are eager to learn, we'd still love to hear from you;

  • Hands-on experience with Argo CD;

  • Background in iGaming or other high-load B2B/B2C products.

Why you will love it

We're a no-nonsense, high-performance team that moves fast, builds boldly, and holds a strict no-arsehole policy. Everyone here takes real ownership — you won't be maintaining someone else's runbook; you'll be writing your own.

This is a fully remote role with genuine flexibility, generous paid time off (vacation, sick leave, and bank holidays), and a culture where progress always beats perfectionism. We're scaling quickly, which means your growth here is only limited by your ambition.

If you want to work on hard problems, alongside people who care about their craft, at a company that's shaping the future of social gaming — this is the place.

We hire based on skills, drive, and ideas — nothing else. Your background, gender, age, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, neurodiversity, or educational path will never be a barrier to joining us. We also welcome candidates from non-traditional career journeys and value diverse perspectives that challenge conventional thinking. Diversity fuels our innovation, collaboration, and growth, and we're committed to creating an environment where everyone can contribute their best work and thrive.
