Requirements
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Manage multiple project documents, including preparing transmittals, receiving vendor/customer documentation, and ensuring timely internal distribution.
• Track and monitor project documentation using document management systems, including generating reports on document status and overdue deliverables.
• Develop and maintain document templates, stylesheets, and format guidelines for consistency and quality.
• Support document numbering and naming conventions aligned with company standards. Manage document revisions, status tracking, and workflows using systems such as Documentum. Coordinate internally and externally to expedite document submissions in line with project schedules.
• Maintain organized and secure storage of vendor documentation. Act as a central point of contact for all project documentation queries and support.
• Compile Manufacturing Record Books and ensure completeness of project documentation. Coordinate shipment of hard copy documents when required.
• Provide weekly updates on documentation status and ensure timely delivery to stakeholders. Lead document closure activities, including cleanup and archiving of project folders.
