About Hauler Hero

Hauler Hero builds the operating system for residential and commercial waste haulers, including dispatch, routing, billing, payments, customer management, reporting, and the driver app that ties field operations together.

Our customers are private hauler owners, operators, and municipal waste leaders running essential services every day. Many are still managing their businesses through paper tickets, whiteboards, spreadsheets, disconnected systems, and legacy software. The result is missed revenue, messy routes, limited visibility, and too much time spent fighting fires instead of growing the business.

Today, we serve 240+ haulers across the country and are scaling quickly. We are a well-funded, fast-moving vertical SaaS company bringing modern software to an essential industry where the customer need is clear and the opportunity is large.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, LATAM-based part-time contractor, approximately 4 hours per day, to run and grow Hauler Hero's paid media across Google, Meta, Bing, OpenAI and LinkedIn Ads.

Paid search is already one of our most important sources of new customers. Your job is to scale spend while keeping the return strong, prove or cut the channels that aren't working yet, and keep testing new ones.

This is not a set-and-forget campaign role. We need someone who judges every channel on closed deals and revenue, not clicks or leads, brings fresh ideas every two weeks, and keeps clear, honest numbers.

What You’ll Own

Google Ads

You will manage and scale our Google Ads account, raising budget in steps while the return holds, and connect closed-won deals from HubSpot so bidding targets real customers.

Channel Tests and Decisions

You will improve and evaluate Meta, Bing and OpenAI Ads with clear decision dates: scale, fix or cut.

You will launch and run LinkedIn Ads aimed at mid-size fleets and municipalities, and test new channels such as software review sites and YouTube.

Ideas Every Two Weeks

Every two weeks, you will bring at least one new test idea per channel, written with a budget, a success metric and an end date.

Tracking and Reporting

You will keep the weekly paid media dashboard and optimization log up to date, work with RevOps on conversion tracking, and report monthly results by channel with a keep, scale or cut call.

Creative and Landing Pages

You will brief our Multimedia Designer and Community & Content Analyst on ad creative and landing pages, and test messages, offers and audiences.

What We’re Looking For

The strongest candidates will likely have:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media, with Google Ads as a core strength

  • Experience managing campaigns for U.S. markets, ideally B2B

  • Experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort tying ad spend to pipeline and revenue in a CRM

  • Experience with conversion tracking, offline conversion imports and attribution

  • Strong written and spoken English, comfortable reporting to U.S.-based leadership

  • A habit of proposing tests and documenting results

  • Comfort using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Looker Studio or similar, and spreadsheets

  • Reliable high-speed internet and availability during part of core U.S. business hours

Bonus Points

  • Experience with B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS

  • Experience with Microsoft Ads or newer ad platforms such as OpenAI Ads

  • Experience scaling an account while holding return on ad spend

  • Experience with review-site advertising such as Capterra or G2, or YouTube

  • Google Ads certifications

What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days — Learn

You will learn Hauler Hero's product, customers and sales cycle, audit every ad account, and confirm tracking and reporting are accurate.

First 60 Days — Build

You will start scaling Google Ads in steps, fix tracking gaps on other channels, launch LinkedIn Ads and deliver your first two rounds of test ideas.

First 90 Days — Own

You will own paid media end to end, with clear monthly results by channel and keep, scale or cut decisions for Meta, Bing and OpenAI Ads.

Location and Work Style

This is a remote, part-time contractor role, approximately 4 hours per day, for candidates based in LATAM, with a preference for candidates in Argentina or similar U.S.-aligned time zones.

Candidates must have strong English writing and speaking skills, reliable high-speed internet, and availability during part of core U.S. business hours.

What We Offer

  • A front-row seat at a well-funded, fast-growing company transforming an essential industry

  • Direct impact on one of Hauler Hero's main sources of new customers

  • Real budget, real accounts and room to test new channels

  • A role with visibility across marketing, sales and leadership

  • Remote-first, part-time flexibility with a distributed team
