Job Description
Agilent is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Service & Support Division (SSD) team. In this role, you will sell Agilent's service solutions to customers through phone, email, and other digital channels.
You will focus on both growing service sales and managing service contract renewals within your assigned territory. Working closely with Account Managers, Field Service teams, and Contract Administration, you will help customers maintain their instruments while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Service Sales
- Sell Agilent's CrossLab service offerings to new and existing customers.
- Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities.
- Manage your sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Convert time-and-material customers into service contract customers.
- Partner with internal teams to grow territory revenue.
Contract Renewals
- Own the full service contract renewal process.
- Manage upcoming renewals and engage customers before contracts expire.
- Prepare and update renewal quotes.
- Help retain customers and minimize contract cancellations.
- Identify opportunities to expand service coverage during the renewal process.
- Negotiate renewals while maintaining pricing guidelines.
- Track and report renewal performance and sales opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of inside sales or related sales experience.
- Experience with service contracts, renewals, or aftermarket sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

Additional Details
This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least October 15, 2026 or until the job is no longer posted. It is sales incentive eligible.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $29.35 - $48.92/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
