Head of Partnerships & Communications, Mirari at Pink Elephant

Pink Elephant builds infrastructure of products at the frontier of mental health on EU&US markets.

Mental health is a global crisis hiding in plain sight. Nearly 1 in 8 people live with a mental disorder. Depression and anxiety alone strip $1 trillion from the global economy every year. Conventional treatment leaves most patients cycling through mediocre solutions for years - undertreated, undersupported, and underinformed. Progressive therapies are showing results up to 10 times more effective than standard care. Yet fewer than 5% of people can access them.

We're here to close that gap.

Our portfolio spans two fronts. The first is psychedelics - building the media, vetted practitioners directory and education for both therapists and end users.  Such a synergy is designed to make evidence-based psychedelic care a real option for the millions who need it, not just those lucky enough to know the right person. The second part is everyday mental healthcare - mental health diagnostics, antidepressant journeys, the unmet clinical touchpoints, the patients who leave a 20-minute appointment with a prescription and no roadmap.

The Role

As the Head of Partnerships & Communications for Mirari (the education vertical of Pink Elephant), you will build the partner side of Mirari and run its communications end to end, with your own hands. Mirari is being relaunched as a shared platform for short author-led courses in the European psychedelic education and therapy space. You will work alongside the Head of Product as one of two core leaders in the vertical, bringing teachers and organisations onto the platform and driving organic growth through network-driven strategies.

Responsibilities: What you drive

  • Teacher & Organisational Partnerships (The Core): Identify, pitch, and onboard leading European psychedelic teachers, researchers, and practitioners. Form strategic alliances with relevant organisations for co-hosted webinars, newsletter exchanges, affiliate/referral set-ups, and presence at key annual conferences. Leveraging group assets (States of Mind podcasts, PsyStandard community, PsyAccess) as part of the partnership toolkit.
  • End-to-End Course Communications: Create launch packs for every course (landing copy, email sequences, social posts, webinar pages, replays, and partner kits with tracked links). Maintain Mirari’s voice and positioning across LinkedIn, Instagram, site, and email campaigns. Manage webinar operations (announcements, registration, production, follow-ups).
  • AI-Powered Content Engine: Build, automate, and maintain a repeatable content machine using AI tools for writing, research, and operations rather than producing every asset manually.
  • Performance Ownership & Measurement: Own key goal metrics: courses announced, audience collected (webinar registrations and email subscribers), and course enrolments. Maintain a weekly one-screen report.
  • Success Milestones (First 90 Days): Maintain all running webinars and communications, prepare launch packs, open 10+ network conversations, run 3+ webinars, launch 3+ organisational partnerships, announce 5+ courses, collect 500+ audience members, and establish enrollment tracking.

Experience: What you bring

  • Active European Network: An existing, verifiable network in the European psychedelic field (education, therapy, research, harm reduction, integration, retreats) with strong relationships to open conversations immediately.
  • Relevant Experience: 5+ years in partnerships, communications, community, or BD (preferably in education, health, or mission-driven orgs); proven track record of building initiatives from zero.
  • Execution Mindset: Highly hands-on temperament - comfortable writing emails, making calls, hosting webinars, and refining landing pages in a two-person vertical structure.
  • AI-Native Skills: Daily proficiency with AI tools to scale content production, research, writing, and workflow automation.
  • Communication & Location: Excellent written and spoken English in a sober, evidence-aware tone; understanding of legal/platform regulations on psychedelics; based in Europe (remote).
  • Nice-to-Haves: Experience marketing online courses/cohorts, public speaking/hosting, knowledge of email/analytics tools (Kit, MailerLite, Brevo), and a second European language.

What Success Looks Like

The person steps into a running launch calendar: webinars and all course communication are theirs to maintain from the first month, and the kits (launch pack, partner kit) are prepared by them in that month.

  • First 30 days: all running webinars and course communication maintained; launch pack and partner kit prepared and in use; ten conversations opened from their own network; one partnership launched (co-hosted webinar, newsletter exchange or a new teacher confirmed); weekly report running.
  • First 60 days: three or more webinars run; three organisational partnerships live; partner kit in use by every announced teacher; two new teachers confirmed from their own network.
  • First 90 days: five or more courses announced with their involvement; 500+ people collected into webinar registrations and the email list; first enrolments on every announced course; a written view of which partnerships bring enrolments and which do not, feeding the 2027 plan.

Perks & Format: Why join us

  • Flexible Format: Competitive compensation and potential fractional arrangements (3 days/week) available pro rata.
  • Performance Component & Equity Path: Performance bonus tied to partnership-driven enrolments is possible, plus a clear path to leadership, partnership in the project, and equity.
  • Impact & Growth: Opportunity to build a first-of-its-kind shared infrastructure for psychedelic education in Europe alongside a venture-backed startup ecosystem.
  • Flexible Remote Work: Fully remote environment across Europe with high autonomy.
