Looking for Philippines-based candidates
Job Role: Business Systems & Intelligence Hub Lead
Work Schedule: This role follows an 8-hour shift within the 7:00 AM–8:00 PM New Zealand time window (Monday to Friday) to align with support and coordination coverage during business hours.
Compensation range: $3,000 NZD - $4,000 NZD / Monthly (before tax and deductions)
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be formally employed through an Employer of Record (EOR) arrangement. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote, so you’ll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is: A New Zealand-based specialist metal design and fabrication company producing bespoke solutions in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. The company delivers end-to-end design, engineering, and fabrication services for architectural, construction, and commercial projects across New Zealand.
The business works closely with fabrication and site teams to deliver practical, buildable solutions, not just drawings. Projects include architectural metalwork, façades, custom sheet metal products, and light structural assemblies.
Role Overview: We are looking for one self-directed person who can turn operational ideas into working Microsoft 365 solutions. The role combines solution architecture, business analysis and hands-on delivery. It is not a strategy-only, coordination-only or page-design position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover and map current processes, owners, exceptions, sources of truth and acceptance criteria.
- Own SharePoint information architecture across hubs, sites, Lists, libraries, metadata, permissions and search.
- Build maintainable Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI reporting and grounded Copilot experiences.
- Protect system boundaries and define when information is linked, surfaced or integrated rather than duplicated.
- Run the backlog, prototypes, testing, defects, releases, documentation, training and support handover.
- Establish baselines and adoption measures with Tony and functional owners, then report evidence before recommending expansion.
Requirements
- Independent ownership : Can take an unclear idea through discovery, build, testing and supported release without waiting for a fully specified ticket.
- SharePoint architecture : Strong modern SharePoint information architecture, permissions, metadata, document control and governance.
- Hands-on Power Platform and Copilot : Recent personal delivery of Power Apps/Power Automate and grounded, permission-aware Copilot or Copilot Studio experiences.
- Business and integration judgement : Can map processes, identify source systems, design common identifiers and avoid uncontrolled duplication.
- Completion and communication : Strong English, concise updates, early escalation, documentation discipline and dependable Auckland-hours overlap.
Shared foundation : Master Hub navigation, permissions, metadata, common identifiers and reusable patterns.
First intelligence hubs : Supplier, Tender & Estimating, and Engineering foundations and pilots.
Connected information : Minimum customer/project data and controlled signals from Wrike, Ostendo, SolidWorks/PDM and Microsoft 365.
Leadership value : Trusted reporting, source drill-through and measured adoption before expansion.
Nice to have: Power BI semantic models, Dataverse, custom connectors, ALM, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, ERP/PDM integration, PnP or SPFx.
What Success Looks like in the first 90 days:
- Establish control : Confirm access, environments, delivery rhythm, backlog, risks, decisions and concise reporting to the Managing Director.
- Validate the foundation : Confirm common architecture, minimum customer/project data, identifiers, permissions, ownership and support controls.
- Deliver a bounded pilot : Map one live process and release one working pilot within the Master Hub framework.
- Prove readiness : Show evidence for usability, data quality, permissions, workflow behaviour, reporting and Copilot grounding where included.
- Enable the next release : Document reusable patterns, train users, complete handover and recommend the next backlog from measured evidence.
Work Arrangement & Expectations:
This is a remote role that will be set up via an Employer of Record (EOR) service.
To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:
- Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
- Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile
