The listing
Voucherify is looking for a hands-on, data-driven GTM Engineer to build and run the automated engine behind our pipeline.
About the role
Voucherify is the Incentive Optimisation Engine for modern growth teams. We help brands like John Deere, Breville, Michelin, and Vodafone move beyond static discounts and loyalty theatre with flexible, API-first incentives that drive real revenue. Built for teams tired of bloated platforms and "points fatigue," Voucherify enables faster experimentation and continuous optimisation across promotions, referrals, loyalty, and rewards.
We're founder-led, bootstrapped, and product-obsessed, powering 350+ brands across ecommerce, retail, and digital services.
We have a strong product, a sharp sales team, and plenty of buying signals we don't fully use yet. Right now, too much pipeline still depends on manual work. Leads cool down, champions change jobs, and upsell signals get lost in the CRM.
We're looking for someone to fix that. You'll design, build, and run a signal-based GTM machine end to end, from data and enrichment through outreach to a qualified meeting on an AE's calendar. You'll work like a one-person growth agency inside the company, with real ownership, a direct line to leadership, and the freedom to test ideas quickly.
Watch: What (the heck) is Voucherify?
What you'll do
As our GTM Engineer, you'll own outbound and funnel automation. You'll sit between Marketing and Sales and turn our ICP, data, and signals into a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
Your responsibilities:
- Build the signal engine: Design automated workflows that catch and act on buying signals, such as job changes of past champions, event attendees, website and ad engagement, tech stack changes, and upsell triggers in existing accounts.
- Own targeting and data: Research and build account and contact lists that match our ICP, using firmographic, technographic, and behavioural criteria. Keep the data clean, enriched, and synced with the CRM.
- Run multi-channel outbound: Work hand in hand with an SDR to launch and scale personalised sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other channels. You build the targeting, data, signals, and automation behind each campaign, and together you turn them into conversations and qualified meetings.
- Experiment relentlessly: Test copy, sequences, segments, offers, and volume, including larger-scale outreach experiments. Measure what works, kill what doesn't, and scale the winners.
- Make the most of every touchpoint: Turn events, webinars, and paid campaigns into pipeline with fast, relevant follow-up instead of a spreadsheet that nobody opens.
- Shape GTM strategy: Work with Sales and Marketing to refine the ICP, target segments, and messaging based on what the data shows. Track and report on funnel KPIs.
About You
- GTM builder with 3+ years of experience in outbound, growth, SDR/BDR, RevOps, or GTM engineering, ideally in B2B SaaS. Agency experience (e.g. outbound or lead-gen agencies) is a big plus.
- Fluent in the modern GTM stack: You've built real workflows in Clay (or similar enrichment and orchestration tools) and are comfortable with sequencing tools, LinkedIn automation, CRMs such as HubSpot, and tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- AI-native: You use LLMs and AI agents every day for research, personalisation at scale, and automation, and you know where they help and where they don't.
- Data-driven and technical-ish: You're at home with spreadsheets, APIs, webhooks, and simple scripts, and you care about deliverability, data quality, and attribution.
- A strong writer: You can write outreach that sounds human, relevant, and worth replying to, and you can explain a technical, API-first product in business terms.
- A true owner: You thrive with autonomy, spot problems before anyone asks, and ship systems instead of waiting for a perfect brief.
Nice to have: experience selling to ecommerce, retail, or MACH/composable commerce companies, and familiarity with intent data providers.
Compensation & Benefits of working @Voucherify
- Custom benefits package: We work with leading agencies to help you curate benefits and services for you and your family.
- Agency: Build our GTM engine your way, with real ownership and executive trust. We value autonomy and give you the freedom to experiment.
- Stability: We are fully bootstrapped and committed to profitability. You and our clients are our only shareholders, which means a healthy work-life balance and long-term security.
- Senior Team: Join a "small but mighty" team where your impact on the pipeline is visible from day one. You'll get plenty of onboarding support and a direct line to company leadership.
- Fully Remote: Manage your own schedule. We care about results, not clock-punching.
