Responsibilities
• Lead end to end production of high performing YouTube content, from ideation and pre production through final delivery
• Develop original concepts, formats, and narrative structures engineered for audience retention and channel growth

• Direct talent and crews, ensuring clarity, energy, and consistency across every shoot
• Resolve production challenges quickly with innovative, resourceful solutions

Qualifications
• Extensive experience producing top tier YouTube programming or reality based content that resonates in today’s culture
