You will serve as a key connector across highly technical organizations, helping drive complex infrastructure initiatives forward while supporting engineering teams with capacity related escalations. This is an excellent opportunity for a TPM who thrives in fast moving environments, enjoys solving complex technical and operational problems, and is comfortable influencing across multiple teams.
What You Will Do
• Drive complex technical programs across engineering, infrastructure, data center, hardware, and capacity teams
• Coordinate cross organizational projects involving multiple technical teams and stakeholders

• Partner with engineering teams to identify blockers, resolve conflicts, and keep critical initiatives moving forward
• Support hardware capacity planning and infrastructure efficiency initiatives
• Coordinate supply chain activities between hardware programs and infrastructure partners
• Review project plans, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements to ensure successful execution
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and self service resources
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate support processes and internal tooling

Required Qualifications
• 5 plus years of Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management experience
• Hands on experience managing programs within infrastructure and/or data center environments
• Demonstrated experience driving complex projects across multiple engineering teams and organizations
• Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, hardware, compute, capacity, or related systems
• Experience working directly with engineering stakeholders in fast paced technical environments
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to independently drive programs forward with limited direction
• Experience managing technical escalations and navigating competing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with public cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience supporting hyperscale compute, cloud infrastructure, or capacity programs
• Hardware supply chain or infrastructure capacity planning experience
• Experience providing frontline technical escalation support for engineering or product teams
• Experience building or improving technical support systems, documentation, knowledge bases, or automation
• Familiarity with SQL or other technical tools used to support infrastructure programs
• PMI or PMP certification
• MBA or related advanced degree
We are especially interested in candidates who have worked within large scale infrastructure, cloud, data center, hardware, or compute environments. Experience with major cloud providers or similarly complex technology organizations is highly relevant.
