The role
Sureify is looking for an Event & Campaign Marketing Specialist to help bring our brand and product story to life, both in the room and on the page.
You'll support our events and campaigns from idea through execution, helping create the content, creative, and experiences that represent our brand. You'll work closely with sales, product, marketing, creative and leadership to keep projects moving and ensure we show up in the market with a clear, consistent message.
This is a great fit for someone early in their marketing career with 1–2 years of experience who is ready to take on more ownership, wants hands-on exposure to B2B SaaS marketing and a clear path to grow into event, field or campaign marketing. You should be a strong writer, have a good eye for visual storytelling, be organized, and enjoy working across different types of marketing projects.
What You'll Do
- Events: Help plan and execute Sureify's presence at industry conferences, sponsorships, and webinars, including event materials, promotions, logistics, and onsite support.
- Campaigns: Help develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, social, web, events, press, and sales materials.
- Creative & Content: Write copy and help guide the design of marketing assets, including social posts, emails, presentations, one-pagers, and event materials.
- Project Coordination: Keep marketing projects organized and moving; managing timelines, details, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product marketing, leadership, and external partners to bring campaigns and events to the industry.
- Event Logistics: Manage end-to-end event logistics, ensuring assets, materials, equipment, and other event needs are coordinated, delivered, and set up on time. This includes coordinating with venues, AV and video production partners, transportation providers, restaurants, and other vendors, as well as handling logistical needs before, during, and after events.
- Ideas: Bring a fresh perspective and new ideas to how Sureify shows up in the market.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, events, trade shows or a similar coordinator role (internships count)
- Strong organization and project management — you juggle timelines, checklists and vendors without dropping details
- Clear, responsive written and verbal communication
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fully remote team
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; comfort learning new tools quickly
- Ability to travel domestically for conferences (up to ~25%), including occasional evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift and move booth materials up to 15 lbs
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- A good eye for design and an understanding of what makes marketing look polished and on-brand. Experience with design tools is a plus, but formal design experience isn't required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed to get things done.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or another marketing automation/CRM platform
- Hands-on trade show or conference experience in B2B, SaaS, financial services or insurance
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- Exposure to webinar platforms (Zoom Webinars, ON24, Goldcast)
- Interest in Insurtech or the life and annuity industry
