About Labhouse
Labhouse is a fast-growing startup that builds, launches, and scales its own AI & Productivity Apps under a subscription-based business model. We are based in Barcelona and were founded by Andrés Bou and Horacio Martos (Co-Founders of SocialPoint).
We operate at the intersection of mobile technology, AI, and product-driven growth, with a strong focus on experimentation and performance. Want to help build mobile apps used by millions of people worldwide? We're now looking for our first Product Data Analyst to turn data into the decisions behind our next releases.
About the Role
As our first Product Analyst, you will be the data partner of our product team, helping us decide what to build, what to fix, and what to stop. You will dig into user behavior and experiments across our app portfolio, turn the findings into clear recommendations, and make sure every product decision is backed by evidence.
This role suits someone curious, autonomous, and hands-on: you define the KPIs, build the dashboards, run the analyses, and follow your insights through to what ships.
You'll be responsible for
Defining, tracking, and owning the metrics that matter across our apps: activation, retention, monetization, and LTV
Building and maintaining dashboards and reports that product, marketing, and leadership actually use
Analyzing the performance of onboarding flows, paywalls, and pricing, and measuring the impact of product changes
Analyzing user behavior and funnels to spot drop-offs, opportunities, and root causes
Translating raw data into clear hypotheses and prioritized recommendations for the product roadmap
Supporting the launch of new apps with early-signal analysis and validation
Collaborating with product, engineering, design, and marketing to ship fast and iterate faster
Using AI tools to speed up analysis, research, and reporting

Experience with analytics and BI tools (for example Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Tableau).
A product mindset: you don't just report the numbers, you ask why and suggest what to do next.
High ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action.
Comfort working with founders and product teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong use of AI tools to speed up your workflow.
An eye for good UI/UX and well-crafted product experiences.
