The listing
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Support – EMEA to lead and develop our regional Sales Support team. The team plays an important role in AutoStore's commercial operations, managing the process from customer purchase orders through booking and delivery coordination. You will be responsible for the team's performance, ensuring high-quality service to our partners and customers while supporting the development of the people in your team.
Beyond day-to-day operations, we are looking for someone who can challenge how we work and help modernise the Sales Support function. You will identify opportunities to improve processes, make better use of technology, automation, and AI, and help the team operate more efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide your team through complex challenges, develop their capabilities, and drive improvements across the function.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the EMEA Sales Support team, setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and building a culture of ownership, high performance, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee Sales Support operations across EMEA, ensuring efficient order processing, timely bookings, high-quality service, and consistent performance against agreed SLAs.
- Monitor and improve operational performance, using data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks, manage workloads, reduce recurring issues, and ensure the team delivers consistently.
- Drive process improvements and modernisation, challenging existing ways of working, simplifying workflows, and introducing automation and AI solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to improve cross-functional coordination, resolve operational challenges, and strengthen the experience for partners and customers.
- Act as a hands-on leader, supporting the team with complex issues and escalations, providing guidance when needed, and ensuring the team has the tools, knowledge, and resources to succeed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Commercial Operations, Order Management, Customer Operations, or a similar environment, ideally within an international organization.
- 3+ years of people-management experience, with a proven track record of coaching, developing, and improving team performance.
- Experience managing operational performance and KPIs, including SLAs, service quality, booking cycle times, workloads, and backlogs.
- Solid experience in process improvement and operational excellence, with the ability to identify inefficiencies, solve recurring problems, and implement sustainable improvements.
- Good understanding of CRM, ERP, and digital tools, with experience or a strong interest in using automation and AI to improve operational efficiency. Salesforce experience is an advantage.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to use data to make decisions, manage complex issues, and drive improvements across teams.

This role can be based remotely in the UK, with occasional travel to an AutoStore office.
