  • Requirements: Technical expertise, including Critical Thinking, Problem Solving and Specialized Knowledge
     The Managing Director will work with the Senior Managing Director to set strategy for the group, lead major client engagements, develop brand and marketing collateral, direct business development efforts, and manage the group.
    Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management with requisite consulting experience
    Experience: 10 years minimum experience in Construction Management, Project Controls or Capital Project consulting focused on strategic facilities master planning, service line planning, and business and data analytics for large construction projects or capital projects.Ideal candidate will have Construction Management and Project Control experience and experience managing and growing a Project Controls team. Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Strategic thinking, leadership (business acumen/empathy/mentoring), client management skills. Provides strategic recommendations for project/group and overall business that will directly impact achievement of resultsSees broadest applications and future direction of current products and solutions beyond immediate and intended useQuickly identifies/implements innovative ideas and technologies to meet business demands
    Specialized KnowledgeIdentifies, advances and closes on opportunities at new and existing clientsPromotes new or expanded service offerings inside and outside the FirmUnderstands core services provided by all Ankura practices and can recommend solutions and resources outside of team/practice
