Position Summary

The Content Marketing Manager owns the strategy, development, and execution of Mosai's content and thought leadership engine, turning customer insight, market expertise, product knowledge, and Mosai's point of view into compelling written and video content that builds awareness, creates demand, and establishes Mosai as a trusted voice across home health, hospice, and physician practice segments. This role partners across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and company leadership to build a consistent content engine that supports the entire buyer journey.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Mosai's content strategy and editorial roadmap across blogs, thought leadership, reports, guides, white papers, webinars, video, social media, and other high-value content.
  • Build Mosai's market and category narrative into a consistent editorial strategy that helps customers understand the problems Mosai solves and the broader changes shaping healthcare.
  • Develop executive and subject-matter-expert thought leadership, working directly with clinical, product, customer, and company leaders to turn their expertise into differentiated market-facing content.
  • Create content grounded in customer pain points, market insights, and real-world healthcare challenges rather than simply promoting products and features.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning, messaging, buyer insights, product launches, and competitive differentiation into compelling content across the buyer journey.
  • Partner with Revenue Marketing to develop content aligned to campaigns, target accounts, buyer personas, funnel stages, SEO and generative engine optimization opportunities, and demand-generation priorities.
  • Partner with Growth & Partner Marketing to turn customer experiences, outcomes, and proof points into stories and content that build credibility and accelerate buying decisions.
  • Own Mosai's organic social and editorial presence, particularly LinkedIn, developing a consistent voice across corporate, executive, and subject-matter-expert channels.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for Mosai’s website, YouTube channel, and social media, including interviews, customer stories, executive thought leadership, explainers, and short-form clips.
  • Build a scalable production and repurposing model that turns strong ideas, interviews, and video footage into content for the website, YouTube, social media, and campaigns without sacrificing quality.
  • Use AI to accelerate research, ideation, repurposing, optimization, and content analysis while maintaining strong editorial judgment, originality, accuracy, confidentiality, and a human point of view.
  • Manage freelance writers, agencies, and other external content resources as needed, establishing clear standards for quality, voice, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Establish reporting and measurement that connects content performance to audience growth, organic discovery, account engagement, demand creation, and pipeline influence.
  • Maintain editorial governance for claims, citations, accessibility, search optimization, approvals, version control, review dates, and content retirement.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Success Measures

  • Content engagement and consumption, organic traffic and search visibility, and SEO and generative engine optimization performance.
  • Social audience growth and engagement, target-account engagement, and executive thought leadership performance.
  • Video output and performance across the website, YouTube, and social media, including viewership, engagement, and contribution to campaign goals.
  • Content-influenced pipeline and revenue and content utilization across Marketing and Sales.
  • Consistent delivery of high-quality content against the approved editorial roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of B2B content marketing, editorial, journalism, communications, or related experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, healthcare, or another complex industry.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong writing, editing, interviewing, content strategy, video production, and multi-channel execution.
  • Exceptional command of grammar, structure, voice, fact-checking, source evaluation, and editorial quality control.
  • Experience interviewing executives and technical or clinical subject-matter experts and translating specialized concepts for business audiences.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, search intent, content distribution, social publishing, web analytics, and content-performance measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with video cameras or mobile production, lighting, audio capture, and editing software, with the ability to independently produce polished video for web and social channels.
  • Experience managing editorial calendars, concurrent projects, freelancers or agencies, review cycles, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Sound judgment regarding confidential information, intellectual property, customer claims, AI-assisted content, and regulated-industry communications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare technology, home-based care, value-based care, or B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with HubSpot CMS, web analytics, search-performance tools, social publishing, and content-optimization platforms.
  • Experience producing webinars, research reports, executive ghostwriting, or data-informed thought leadership.
  • Knowledge of emerging search experiences, including optimization for AI-assisted discovery, while maintaining evidence and editorial standards.

Work Environment and Travel

  • This position may be performed remotely or in a hybrid arrangement connected to the Jacksonville or Nashville office.

  • The employee must be able to communicate effectively in person and through telephone and video meetings.
