Senior Publisher Development & Affiliate Manager

AIM | Premium Lead Exchange | 321aim.com

Location: Remote, U.S. preferred
Employment Type: Full-time

About AIM

AIM is a lead exchange connecting publishers with buyers across Insurance, Home Services, Legal, and Consumer Relief. Publishers use AIM to monetize exclusive form-fill leads, inbound calls, warm transfers, and scheduled appointments.

Our platform combines real-time bidding, ping/post technology, and transparent reporting to help publishers monetize their traffic and buyers connect with qualified prospects.

We’re looking for an experienced publisher development professional who has established industry relationships and knows how to turn those relationships into active, profitable partnerships.

The Opportunity

You will own publisher acquisition, onboarding, relationship management, and supply growth.

Your primary focus will be finding and activating high-quality publishers, helping them succeed on AIM, and growing the qualified lead and call volume they deliver. You should be comfortable opening doors, negotiating terms, coordinating launches, and managing performance after a publisher goes live.

An established network of lead and call publishers is essential for this role.
We want someone who understands how publishers evaluate a monetization partner and can confidently explain why AIM deserves their business.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit publishers: Build relationships with direct lead generators, paid search and social media buyers, SEO and content publishers, and call center operators.
  • Activate your network: Use your existing relationships to build a qualified pipeline and accelerate publisher launches.
  • Own onboarding: Guide partners from initial conversation through commercial terms, integration, testing, and live delivery.
  • Grow supply: Identify opportunities for additional volume, new verticals, and qualified overflow traffic.
  • Negotiate profitable partnerships: Establish pricing, payout structures, volume expectations, and payment terms that work for both AIM and its publishers.
  • Match supply to demand: Work with buyer account managers to prioritize publisher recruitment around active campaign needs, geography, operating hours, and capacity.
  • Improve performance: Monitor acceptance rates, billable volume, conversion performance, disputes, publisher earnings, and gross profit.
  • Protect quality: Coordinate with operations and compliance teams to review traffic sources and resolve quality or delivery concerns.
  • Manage relationships: Maintain consistent communication, run performance reviews, and help publishers identify opportunities to grow.
  • Build a repeatable process: Maintain accurate pipeline records, launch forecasts, and a scalable publisher acquisition strategy.
  • Represent AIM: Attend relevant industry conferences and networking events as needed.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in publisher development, affiliate management, pay-per-call, or lead generation partnerships.
  • Established relationships with publishers actively generating leads or calls in one or more of these verticals: Insurance, Home Services, Legal, or Consumer Relief.
  • A track record of personally recruiting, launching, and growing revenue-producing publisher accounts.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ping/post, real-time bidding, lead distribution, inbound calls, and live transfers.
  • Strong understanding of CPL, pay-per-call, CPA, and revenue-share economics, including how qualification criteria affect payouts and profitability.
  • Experience evaluating traffic sources, lead quality, and publisher performance.
  • Familiarity with consent documentation, traffic verification, and publisher compliance review processes.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with technical, operations, and account management teams.

Preferred Experience

Experience with lead exchanges, affiliate networks, or publisher marketplaces, along with platforms such as Ringba, Invoca, TrackDrive, LeadsPedia, Twilio, or HighLevel.

Familiarity with TrustedForm, Jornaya, API integrations, and call tracking is also valuable.

What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days

  • Build a prioritized publisher pipeline aligned with AIM’s buyer demand.
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new publishers.
  • Generate measurable growth in qualified, billable leads and calls.
  • Establish a regular performance review process for active partners.
  • Develop a clear plan for expanding publisher volume while maintaining quality and profitability.

We will establish specific launch, volume, and growth targets together based on campaign demand and onboarding capacity.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary.
  • Uncapped performance bonus and publisher growth incentives.
  • Paid time off.
  • Health benefits.
  • Remote work environment.
  • Opportunity to take on broader leadership responsibilities as AIM grows.

Why Join AIM?

You’ll have direct ownership of a core part of the business: the publisher partnerships that power our exchange.

This is an opportunity to use the relationships and experience you’ve built to shape publisher strategy, influence platform improvements, and see the direct impact of your work on company growth.
