About the Role
Position Summary
We are a healthcare technology company providing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services and AI-powered automation solutions to healthcare organizations. We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to manage contracts, support litigation activities, coordinate with outside counsel, and assist with compliance and legal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer, vendor, and partner contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Coordinate contract reviews, approvals, execution, and renewals.
- Support active litigation matters and serve as the liaison with outside counsel.
- Maintain legal files, corporate records, and contract repositories.
- Track legal deadlines, compliance requirements, and risk-related activities.
- Assist with subpoenas, audits, legal requests, and document production.
- Prepare reports and summaries for leadership on legal matters.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of paralegal, legal operations, contracts administration, or related experience.
- Experience with contract management and litigation support.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Healthcare, RCM, or technology industry experience preferred.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

- Legal matters are organized, tracked, and proactively coordinated.
- Outside counsel relationships are effectively managed.
