At Coforge, we are hiring a Web Full Stack Engineer (#20942-11-1) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and scale high-performance, cloud-native web applications across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

Transform prototypes, internal automation tools, and predictive models into scalable, production-ready features in collaboration with product and data teams.

Optimize backend worker queues, background jobs, and cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and low latency.
-
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, improve code quality, conduct code reviews, and automate testing.
-
Build dashboards that provide visibility into automation pipelines and support integrations with platforms such as UiPath and Gemini Agents.

Collaborate with team members and contribute to a culture of mentorship and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience developing full-stack web applications, including complex API integrations and background job processing.

Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake), HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies such as Node.js and React.

Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and monitoring scalable applications in a public cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Practical exposure to automation tools, RPA bots, automated agents, or Document Intelligence/Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.

Experience integrating AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows to improve productivity and code quality.

Ability to develop complete product features across the frontend and backend based on specifications or mockups.

Compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations.
-
Ability to work remotely with a private, quiet workspace and high-speed internet.

Willingness and ability to communicate through webcam, video conferences, and phone.
Preferred Skills
-
Experience building AI agents using tools such as OpenClaw, UiPath, or Gemini AI Studio.

Familiarity with Document Intelligence APIs such as Azure Document Intelligence, AWS Textract, or Google Cloud Document AI.

Experience with complex state machines and message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka, or Pub/Sub.

Knowledge of cloud-native tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with prompt engineering,
skills.md, multi-agent orchestration, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
