- Support business development, including project interviews, technical writing for proposals, and fee proposals, under the direction of senior staff
- Assist with contract coordination for sub-consultants and support the approval and distribution process
- Maintain project schedules and calendars with key design deadlines, and keep project records, job site visit logs, and timelines current
- Ensure RFI and submittal response times meet or exceed company standards, and keep records of all communications and work items discussed with contractors
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and records of applicable standards and codes, and support the development of and adherence to company-wide standards and processes
- Submit your own timesheets on time and help monitor team compliance
- Represent the company in marketing and networking activities, including industry events and conferences, as requested
What you Bring to the Role

- Strong time management with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and duties
- High levels of confidentiality, integrity, and dependability
