In this role, you will support adult clients navigating common mental health challenges and contribute to care that is grounded in empathy, clinical quality, and strong therapeutic relationships. Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions for adults managing anxiety, depression, and trauma.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Deliver telehealth counseling services while building strong therapeutic rapport remotely.
- Collaborate with care teams and provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate.
Requirements
- Active LMSW license in the state of practice.
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Experience providing telehealth therapy to adult mental health populations.
- Experience with clinical documentation and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
- Experience using CBT.
- Crisis intervention experience is a plus.
