In this role, you will help deliver high-quality clinical social work services while supporting clients through biopsychosocial assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic care under the supervision of a licensed clinical supervisor (LCSW-S). You will play an important part in creating a consistent, supportive experience for clients and in contributing to strong clinical outcomes through collaboration and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual individual therapy sessions for clients across Texas, under LCSW-S supervision
  • Conduct biopsychosocial intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes, co-signed by supervising LCSW-S
  • Apply evidence-based interventions such as CBT and trauma-informed care
  • Collaborate with your supervising LCSW-S and care team to support client outcomes and progress toward full LCSW licensure

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in social work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
  • Active Texas LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) license.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant clinical records.
  • Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some prior therapy experience, including telehealth counseling, is preferred.
  • Exposure to conducting biopsychosocial intake assessments and developing treatment plans.
  • Strong clinical documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of CBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
