Immortals was founded by Bryan Johnson and Kate Tolo to build a new standard for human health and longevity.
We’re building Autonomous Health: a system that uses measurement, scientific evidence, and personalization to help people understand their bodies and make better decisions about their health. What began with Bryan becoming the most measured person in history is becoming a platform for everyone.
Immortals brings together biomarkers, longevity medicine, nutrition, prescriptions, wearables, and personalized protocols in one place, turning health data into clear, actionable decisions.
We’re a small, ambitious team building what we believe will become the new operating system for human health. We move quickly, think from first principles, care deeply about the quality of our work, and hold ourselves to an unusually high standard.
Our mission is simple: help billions of people live healthier lives for longer, and ultimately, Don’t Die.
The Operations Manager, Retail & Wholesale owns operational execution across Blueprint’s retail and wholesale channels - the accounts and distribution relationships that sit outside our core DTC business. This person doesn’t own the commercial relationship with retail buyers or distributors; that stays with sales/partnership and the wholesale team. What they own is everything that makes those relationships run cleanly: PIM and vendor data, case pack compliance, fill rate, chargebacks, purchase order execution, and sell-through visibility, keeping product moving from a logistics perspective at every stage. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations and Logistics, this role works daily with Inventory and Logistics, and cross-functionally with Systems, Purchasing, Packaging, Demand Planning, Quality, and Compliance to keep every retail and wholesale account performing at a high bar.
Requirements
Position Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day operational execution across Blueprint’s retail and wholesale/distributor accounts - the systems, data, and processes that keep each relationship running cleanly
- Drive sell-through and shelf placement performance by account, tracking velocity, flagging risk early, and recommending action
- Serve as the internal quarterback across Inventory, Logistics, and Systems for retail and wholesale requirements: EDI, PIM/vendor data, case pack compliance, and purchase order execution
- Own EDI health for every retail and wholesale account, including testing, exception handling, and ongoing accuracy, partnering with Systems on the platforms involved
- Maintain retailer PIM and vendor-portal data - SKU dimensions, weights, images, copy - keeping it current as new SKUs and packaging come online
- Track fill rate, on-time shipment, and chargeback exposure, partnering with Compliance and Quality to resolve issues before they hit an account
- Oversee warehouse execution for retail and wholesale orders - pick, pack, and label accuracy per account-specific requirements - coordinating with the DC/3PL team to catch errors before they become fill rate or chargeback issues.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4–7 years in retail/wholesale operations, customer supply chain, or channel operations at a CPG or D2C brand
- Direct experience with EDI, retailer PIM/vendor portals, and ERP systems
- A track record owning a retail account’s operational relationship - fill rate, chargebacks, sell-through - not just executing tickets
- Strong cross-functional collaborator, comfortable working across Inventory, Logistics, Systems, Compliance, Purchasing, and Sales on a weekly basis
Preferred Skills:
- Experience building and refining operational processes in a fast-scaling environment
- Spreadsheet/analytics fluency for sell-through and shelf-performance tracking
- Experience supporting a brand’s expansion into new retail or wholesale accounts
- Familiarity with case pack and compliance requirements for national retail accounts
