The successful candidate will work as a Solution Architect, leading the end-to-end design of ERP solutions across complex client engagements. You will play a key role in shaping architecture direction, ensuring best practice, and aligning solutions to both technical and business requirements.

Requirements
- Strong experience in ERP solution architecture with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Proven ability to design and deliver complex, end-to-end ERP solutions
- Deep understanding of ERP systems, business processes and integrations
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based architecture and Microsoft ecosystem
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and translating business strategy into technical solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to manage multiple projects and provide architectural leadership across engagements
- Experience mentoring and guiding technical and functional teams
- Strong focus on quality, scalability, security and long-term maintainability
- Ensure understanding, compliance with, and promotion of ISO27001 and ISO9001 policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of governance and quality across all activities
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or a related discipline (desirable)
- Relevant technical and architecture certifications are highly desirable
