About Bobyard
Construction is a multi-trillion-dollar industry that still estimates by hand. Contractors measure and count materials off drawings manually, and it caps how many jobs they can bid. Bobyard uses computer vision and NLP to automate takeoffs and estimates, so contractors bid faster and win more. We raised a $35M Series A led by 8VC, with Primary and Pear, and we're growing fast.
About the role
You own the first 45 days of every new customer, from signed contract to a live, trained, adopting account. Launch quality can't depend on whichever CSM picks it up, so this role runs one repeatable process. You win when customers launch fast and the CSM who inherits the account never has to ask what happened. This seat is remote in the UK, works UK hours alongside our San Francisco team, and supports our largest customers in the region.
What you'll do
Turn every AE/SE handoff into a confirmed launch plan within 48 hours of signature
Configure accounts and run kickoff and hands-on training that gets crews using Bobyard on real jobs
Drive customers to their first completed workflow and adoption milestone inside 45 days
Run reinforcement sessions and office hours that catch stragglers before they churn
Chase blockers with CS and Product until they're resolved, not just logged
Hand off to the CSM with every exit criterion closed and the account documented
What we're looking for
2+ years owning SaaS onboarding or implementation across a real portfolio of accounts
Hands-on comfort configuring software yourself
You've run live training for non-technical or field-based users
A track record against a launch or time-to-value SLA, and you know your numbers
Sharp, structured written communication
Comfortable owning 10+ concurrent launches with little day-to-day oversight
Nice to have
Vertical SaaS or construction tech experience
CRM or onboarding tooling (Salesforce, Asana, Notion)
Built an onboarding playbook from scratch
Bilingual (Spanish or otherwise)
