What you’ll do
- Own customer implementation projects end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding, deployment, and ongoing customer success.
- Configure, validate, and optimize the Intelligent Grid Platform (IGP) using customer utility data and network models to support real-world grid planning and DER use cases.
- Serve as a trusted technical and industry advisor, providing guidance on grid planning, utility operations, interconnection workflows, and best practices.
- Lead customer workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business challenges, define requirements, and drive successful project outcomes.
- Enable rapid customer adoption and value realization by helping utilities effectively integrate IGP into their planning and operational processes.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, translating customer needs, industry trends, and market insights into actionable product requirements and roadmap recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with technical and commercial teams to deliver high-quality solutions and maximize customer value.
- Mentor and support junior team members through coaching, knowledge sharing, and implementation best-practice development.
- Support go-to-market initiatives through product demonstrations, technical presentations, thought leadership content, RFP responses, partner engagements, and industry event participation.
- Represent envelio at conferences, webinars, workshops, and other industry forums to strengthen our market presence and customer relationships.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs and delivering successful outcomes in customer-facing or cross-functional environments.
- Strong technical expertise in power systems and electrical engineering principles, with experience in utility planning, interconnections, grid modernization, and/or power system design.
- Familiarity with distributed energy resources (DERs), hosting capacity analysis, grid planning software, GIS systems, or utility analytics platforms.
- Deep understanding of the electric utility industry, including utility planning processes, utility data, planning studies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience managing customer and stakeholder relationships, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical, operational, and executive audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior colleagues and contributing to team growth.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, conferences, industry events, and team collaboration.
The final salary offered will depend on several factors, which may include, but is not limited to relevant years of experience, educational background, industry knowledge, and technical skills.
