About GoMining
GoMining is building the next generation of the Bitcoin economy.
Our mission is to unlock Bitcoin's full potential, moving it from a passive asset into an active financial system used daily by millions of people.
We are combining mining, payments, and Bitcoin finance into one seamless platform, replacing fragmented crypto tools with a single, intuitive experience.
About the Role
We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to own GoMining's global commercial strategy and revenue growth.
This is an executive role with end-to-end responsibility for how GoMining acquires, monetizes, retains, and grows customers across the ecosystem.
You will own the commercial model across sales, digital channels, VIP, retention, partnerships, and cross-sell. You will work closely with Product GMs, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to identify where revenue is created or lost and turn those insights into measurable growth.
The CCO will be accountable not only for top-line growth, but also for margin, unit economics, pricing, discounts, channel efficiency, and overall commercial performance.
Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Revenue
- Own GoMining's global commercial strategy and overall revenue performance.
- Set revenue targets, commercial priorities, and growth plans across products, markets, and customer segments.
- Own performance across key revenue channels, including digital sales, VIP, retention, partnerships, and direct sales.
- Identify new revenue opportunities across existing and new products.
- Build a predictable commercial operating model with clear ownership, KPIs, and accountability.
Monetization & Unit Economics
- Own commercial unit economics, margins, pricing principles, discounts, and promotional mechanics.
- Identify revenue leakage across acquisition, conversion, payments, retention, and monetization.
- Define customer segmentation and commercial treatment by value, behavior, geography, and product usage.
- Develop cross-sell and upsell strategies across the GoMining ecosystem.
- Ensure growth initiatives deliver sustainable revenue rather than volume without profitability.
Sales, Retention & Customer Growth
- Drive performance across acquisition, conversion, repeat purchases, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Develop the commercial strategy for VIP and high-value customer segments.
- Improve sales funnels and conversion together with Product, Marketing, and Analytics.
- Launch commercial campaigns, promotions, and initiatives and measure their incremental impact.
- Build systematic approaches to reactivation, retention, and customer value growth.
Product & Go-to-Market
- Partner with Product GMs to translate product metrics into commercial outcomes.
- Influence product roadmaps based on revenue potential and customer behavior.
- Own the commercial side of new product and market launches.
- Define pricing, packaging, offers, and monetization strategies together with Product and Finance.
- Drive adoption and cross-sell between mining, payments, and Bitcoin financial products.
Leadership & Performance Management
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial organization.
- Establish clear KPIs, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across commercial teams.
- Run regular business reviews based on actual performance versus targets.
- Work closely with the CEO and executive team on company strategy and growth priorities.
- Create a data-driven culture where commercial decisions are based on measurable business impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership, revenue, sales, growth, or business development.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role with significant revenue responsibility.
- Proven ownership of a large-scale B2C or B2C2B commercial function.
- Strong track record of growing revenue across multiple products, channels, or markets.
- Experience owning revenue targets, forecasting, pricing, margins, and unit economics.
- Deep understanding of acquisition, conversion, retention, LTV, cross-sell, and monetization.
- Experience managing several commercial functions such as Sales, VIP, Retention, Partnerships, or Revenue Operations.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on financial and product data.
- Experience working closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving international product company.
- Strong executive communication and leadership skills.
- English C1+.

- Understanding of Bitcoin and the broader crypto ecosystem.

- Experience with subscription, investment, loyalty, marketplace, or financial products.
Benefits
- Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
- Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
- Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year
