In this role, you will identify and evaluate relevant creators across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, ensuring they align with client objectives, target audiences, and campaign budgets. You will take ownership of creator outreach, negotiate competitive partnership terms, and coordinate the contracting process to secure high-quality collaborations.

You will work closely with campaign managers and other stakeholders to deliver accurate creator recommendations, maintain efficient workflows, and ensure that influencer partnerships are secured within agreed timelines and budgets.

A strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator analytics, and industry pricing benchmarks is essential, together with hands-on experience managing creator relationships and negotiating paid brand integrations. Experience working in an influencer marketing agency or a dedicated influencer marketing department is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify relevant influencers and content creators across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram based on client briefs, target audiences, geographic markets, campaign objectives, and budgets.
  • Evaluate creator profiles using audience demographics, geographic distribution, engagement rates, average views, posting consistency, brand safety, and previous brand partnerships.
  • Use influencer discovery and analytics platforms such as Modash, Oriane, vidIQ, or similar tools to identify suitable creators and assess their potential value for campaigns.
  • Prepare accurate, well-structured creator shortlists, including relevant performance metrics, pricing estimates, and recommendations.
  • Manage creator outreach through email, social media, LinkedIn, and talent agencies or managers, maintaining consistent follow-ups and timely communication.
  • Negotiate influencer partnership terms, including rates, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, and payment conditions.
  • Evaluate proposed creator rates against industry benchmarks, including CPM and CPV, to ensure cost-effective partnerships.
  • Coordinate the contracting process by documenting agreed commercial terms and ensuring all relevant information is accurately communicated.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of creator communications, negotiations, and partnership progress in HubSpot or other relevant tracking systems.
  • Manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously, ensuring sourcing, outreach, and negotiations are completed within agreed deadlines.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers and internal stakeholders to align creator selections and partnership terms with client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate creator databases, campaign trackers, and project updates using Google Sheets, Asana, and other collaboration tools.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges, communicate project updates, and suggest improvements to sourcing efficiency, negotiation processes, and overall campaign delivery.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, with hands-on responsibility for creator sourcing, outreach, and negotiations for paid brand campaigns.
  • Proven experience identifying, evaluating, and securing influencer partnerships across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Experience working within an influencer marketing agency or a dedicated influencer marketing department.
  • Strong understanding of influencer analytics, including audience demographics, engagement rates, average views, audience authenticity, and brand suitability.
  • Good knowledge of influencer pricing models and performance benchmarks, particularly CPM and CPV, with the ability to assess the commercial value of creator partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with experience discussing influencer rates, campaign deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, and payment terms.
  • Familiarity with influencer contracts, commercial agreements, and the documentation required to finalize brand partnerships.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns, creator relationships, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with influencer discovery and analytics tools such as Modash, Oriane, vidIQ, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, including the ability to organize, analyze, and maintain accurate campaign data.
  • Familiarity with project management and communication tools such as Asana and Slack. Experience with HubSpot is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with C1-level English proficiency or higher.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with an international team, with sufficient availability for meetings and communication during Central European working hours.
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns across industries such as fintech, cryptocurrency, AI, technology, consumer goods, or mobile applications is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is an advantage.

Benefits

  • Flexible, Part-Time Engagement: This opportunity is offered under an independent service-provider agreement, with an expected workload of approximately 4–8 hours per day, depending on project requirements. You can organise your working schedule independently while maintaining sufficient overlap with Central European working hours to support effective collaboration.
