Summary

The Senior Regional Marketing Manager, France owns the go-to-market marketing strategy

for their region. This is a senior individual contributor role that requires strong strategic thinking,

data-driven decision-making, and the ability to operate as the marketing leader for the region,

aligning Sales, SDR, Global and local teams behind a coherent regional narrative.

This role goes beyond campaign execution. The expectation is to build a regional marketing

engine: understand the market, define priorities, own the pipeline contribution, and lead

cross-functional alignment. This is also a hands-on role, senior presence comes from the quality

of thinking and output, not delegation.

What You'll Do

1. Regional Strategy & Market Ownership

  • Develop and own a quarterly regional marketing plan grounded in pipeline data, sales input, and market intelligence.

  • Define regional priorities and GTM narrative for France, including country-level nuances where relevant.

  • Proactively identify market opportunities and risks; bring forward recommendations without waiting to be directed.

  • Own the regional marketing calendar and ensure all activities map to measurable business outcomes.

  • Manage the regional marketing budget proactively: track actual spend against plan, flag variances early, and propose in-flight reallocations based on performance data not just report what was spent.

2. Integrated Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Design and drive integrated campaigns that orchestrate multiple channels: digital, email, paid, SDR outreach, content, and field activations and own the execution directly, not just the brief.

  • Ensure campaigns are built from insights, not just creative output. Each campaign should have a clear hypothesis, target audience, and success metric.

  • Maintain active alignment with global functions — Demand Generation, Brand, Strategic Events, and Product Marketing — to ensure regional plans are integrated with global programmes and not built in isolation.

  • Partner with the Field & Event Marketing Manager for France to co-design and execute integrated campaigns. Drive their involvement and ensure field activities connect to the broader campaign arc — without a direct management line, this requires clear briefing, shared ownership, and proactive coordination.

3. Pipeline & Performance Accountability

  • Own and report on regional marketing contribution to pipeline, MQLs, and sourced revenue.

  • Build and maintain a performance dashboard for the region; present results and learnings to senior stakeholders on a regular cadence.

  • Make data-informed trade-offs on budget and resource allocation; flag underperforming programs early and propose pivots.

  • Comfortable interpreting funnel metrics, attribution data, and campaign performance in tools such as Salesforce and marketing analytics platforms.

4. Sales & GTM Alignment

  • Act as the primary marketing partner for the regional Sales and SDR teams.

  • Run regular regional syncs with Sales leadership to align on priorities, account coverage, and pipeline health.

  • Develop account-based and segment-specific programs where relevant; proactively propose plays that Sales can activate.

  • Translate sales feedback into actionable marketing programs — not just tactical requests, but strategic responses.

5. Cross-functional Leadership & Prioritisation

  • Lead the coordination of cross-functional contributors (Sr Field Marketing, Digital, Content, Design, SDR) toward a shared regional plan.

  • Own the prioritisation of regional marketing initiatives; make clear trade-off decisions and communicate them to stakeholders.

  • Proactively manage capacity and scope — identify what to deprioritise or defer, and explain the rationale.

  • Escalate blockers early and propose solutions; do not wait to be unblocked.

6. Market Intelligence & Localisation

  • Stay current on the competitive landscape, buyer trends, and regional dynamics for EMEA South.

  • Adapt global messaging and positioning to local context and push back on global teams when the regional fit is poor.

  • Bring forward market insights proactively as inputs to product, sales, and leadership conversations.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing with direct ownership of regional marketing programmes.

  • Proven track record of building and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills; ability to work with CRM and marketing analytics data independently.

  • Experience collaborating directly with Sales and SDR teams in a pipeline-accountability

    model.

  • Fluent in English & French
