About DysrupIT
DysrupIT is a consulting-led technology firm. We help mid-market to enterprise businesses solve business problems through technology, whether that’s consulting, execution, managed services, or staff augmentation, we take accountability for the outcome. We are dedicated to making a positive impact in the communities we serve.
Company Culture
At DysrupIT, success isn’t measured in headcount placed or hours billed, it’s measured in outcomes delivered. We’re a team that takes ownership of the work, stays curious about problems beyond our immediate scope, and builds relationships meant to grow, not just renew or end. We invest in our people with the training and support they need to grow their careers, and we back a culture where everyone, regardless of role, is encouraged to notice opportunities, ask one more question, and help lead the story for our clients, not just deliver it.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to build the applications and portals clients use every day, on Dataverse and the Power Platform. You will join our client, an AI-native Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform consultancy based in Melbourne that delivers business applications and agentic solutions for clients across financial services, property, government and legal.
The work spans model-driven apps, canvas apps, code apps and Power Pages, and increasingly sits alongside agents built by the AI team. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who writes real code, reviews it, and is comfortable working alongside other developers.

- Extending the platform: Develop PCF components in TypeScript with Fluent UI, JavaScript web resources, C# plug-ins and custom APIs where configuration is not enough.
- Integration: Integrate with Power Automate, Azure services and external APIs, and connect apps to agents built in Copilot Studio and Foundry.
- ALM: Run solutions through proper ALM, including solution layering, environment strategy, source control and automated pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub using the Power Platform CLI.
- AI-assisted development: Use AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and generative pages to build faster, while holding the same standard for review and testing.
- Quality and collaboration: Review other developers’ work, set patterns for the team, and explain technical decisions to client stakeholders.
