We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to shape how the Rx Savings Solutions portfolio is positioned, brought to market, and understood by clients and key audiences. In this highly collaborative and hands-on role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our products, customers, market, and competitive landscape; translate those insights into compelling positioning and messaging; and lead go-to-market planning for new products, features, and strategic initiatives. You’ll partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Client Success, and Revenue Marketing while owning work from strategy through execution, making this an ideal opportunity for a resourceful self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys bringing ideas to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of the RxSS product portfolio, market and industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Translate these insights into differentiated product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products, feature enhancements, and other strategic product initiatives, owning the process from initial strategy and stakeholder alignment through content creation and execution.
- Partner with Product Management to align product marketing priorities with the product roadmap and create a cohesive portfolio narrative that connects individual products, features, and capabilities.
- Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions in the market and resonates with clients, partners, consultants, and other key audiences.
- Tailor product stories, value propositions, and go-to-market materials for different audiences and stages of the client lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Client Success, Revenue Marketing, and other stakeholders to plan and execute successful launches and strategic product initiatives.
- Create and maintain product marketing assets, including sales collateral, presentations, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, launch materials, and other content that supports marketing campaigns and revenue teams.
- Equip customer-facing teams with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively communicate our product value, including product training, launch communications, messaging guidance, and an accessible library of enablement materials.
- Coordinate the Client Advisory Council and related client-feedback initiatives, including engaging key clients, coordinating speakers and sessions, capturing market insights, and translating feedback into actionable product and marketing recommendations.
- Serve as a strategic advisor during product ideation, providing a market and customer perspective on member adoption, engagement, and the overall user experience.
- Develop and maintain customer proof points, market evidence, and supporting data that strengthen product and brand positioning.
- Establish goals and success measures for product launches and educate stakeholders on product marketing strategies, planned tactics, and performance.
- Proactively identify opportunities to market our solutions across the client lifecycle and to key influencers, including partners and consultants.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, and typically requires 4+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for B2B products or SaaS solutions
- Experience translating market, customer, competitive, and product insights into effective marketing strategies and deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to develop presentations, product collateral, and other customer- or sales-facing content
- Strong business acumen and understanding of healthcare industry dynamics
- Experience working with Salesforce, email marketing platforms, Jira, and Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Healthcare or pharmacy-benefits experience, with the ability to quickly develop expertise in complex products, markets, and customer needs
- Strategic thinking combined with a willingness and ability to personally create content and execute deliverables
- Ability to work effectively across Product Management, Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders at different levels
- Proven ability to succeed in an ambiguous, evolving environment by creating structure, setting priorities, and moving work forward independently
- Resourceful, assertive self-starter who takes ownership and is comfortable managing initiatives from strategy through execution
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills
