About the role
We are hiring for a Revenue Operations Manager to own the data, systems, and analysis behind how we plan and grow revenue. You will work directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders, and you will be trusted to find the important questions yourself, not only answer the ones you are handed.
AI is changing how operations work gets done. We want someone who is already building with it and is eager to bring that into how our revenue team runs.
This role reports to the Head of Strategic Finance and can be based anywhere in the continental U.S.
What you'll do
Own revenue reporting and dashboards. Build and maintain the dashboards leaders use to run the business: pipeline, forecast, conversion, retention, and rep performance.
Run analysis end to end. Scope the question, pull the data via SFDC or SQL, do the analysis, and present a clear conclusion and recommendation.
Manage our tech stack. Maintain and improve how our teams use tools (Outreach, Clay, Gong, etc.), driving adoption, efficiency, and insight gathering.
Build with AI. Find manual, repetitive, or slow parts of the revenue process and build AI-powered workflows, agents, or tools that fix them. Help the wider go-to-market team adopt what works.
Improve the funnel. Spot where deals stall or leak between stages and teams, and work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to fix it.
Keep the data trustworthy. Own CRM data quality, metric definitions, and the processes that keep our numbers consistent across teams.
Be a partner to leadership. Bring insights to revenue leaders before they ask, and tell them plainly what the data does and does not support.
Ad hoc analyses and projects as needed
Who you are
You have 4+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar analytical role, and you understand how a B2B funnel works ideally in telehealth
Excited about AI and eager to build. You have built with AI in a professional or personal setting, such as an automation, an agent, an internal tool, or a side project, and you can walk us through what you made and what you learned.
Fluent in CRM data. You have worked hands-on with Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar CRM and know where its data goes wrong.
A strong analyst. You can run an analysis on your own from raw data to recommendation, and you are careful about whether the numbers are right.
Comfortable in SQL and familiar with BI tools (Metabase, Hex, SFDC).
A clear communicator. You explain findings simply to non-technical stakeholders and are willing to push back when the data disagrees with the room.
Why you should join our team
By joining Pomelo, you will get in on the ground floor of a fast-moving, well-funded, and mission-driven startup that always puts the patient first. You will learn, grow and be challenged, and have fun with your team while doing it.
We strive to create an environment where employees from all backgrounds are respected. We value working across disciplines, moving fast, data-driven decision making, learning, and always putting the patient first.

High deductible Health Plans with Health Savings Account (HSA) options
