- Strong background in managing legal invoices, tracking, and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Ability to oversee daily process management and streamline legal support workflows for the paralegal team.
- Proven track record of supporting in-house counsel with responding to complex legal requests.
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset suited for navigating complex legal disputes.
- Excellent collaboration skills for partnering effectively with attorneys, outside counsel, and cross-functional teams.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; paralegal certification is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience as a paralegal, in either a law firm or in-house legal department. At least 2 years experience as a paralegal in a law firm is strongly preferred.
- Strong experience with litigation tracking and case management platforms (e.g., Legal Tracker, CounselLink, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of the subpoena and litigation and arbitration processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting multiple, and often short, deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with attorneys, cross-functional partners, and external service providers.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Nice to have:
