Key responsabilities:

  • Definir y validar requisitos estéticos y funcionales para proveedores.
  • Alinear requisitos de función, ensamblaje y procesos de manufactura.
  • Establecer y asegurar el esquema de datum (referencias geométricas).
  • Documentar en CAD/Excel los requisitos críticos (estéticos y funcionales).
  • Coordinar con proveedores para converger GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) y cumplir con requisitos de gap, flush y funcionalidad.
  • Revisar y aprobar reportes de GD&T de proveedores.
  • Alinear el plan de inspección de partes del proveedor con los requisitos del cliente.
  • Realizar y validar estudios de apilamiento de tolerancias (RSS/VSA) y proponer mejoras.
  • Proponer ajustes en diseño o tolerancias para cumplir con requisitos de gap/flush.
  • Definir la hoja de ruta de medición y revisar planes de inspección.
  • Revisar y aprobar conceptos de diseño de calibres.

Requirements

- Experiencia en Dimensional Management en la industria automotriz.

- Experiencia práctica en partes plásticos de exterior/interior (datum y tolerancias).

- Dominio de estándares ASME/ISO GD&T.

- Uso avanzado de herramientas CAD (NX o CATIA), PLM o Teamcenter.

- Experiencia en estudios de apilamiento (RSS).

- Conocimiento en 3DCS o Vis VSA (deseable).

- Conocimiento en partes de plástico y procesos de manufactura.

- Conocimiento en Control Estadístico de Procesos (SPC) y análisis de datos de medición.
