Position Overview
Clark Creative Solutions is seeking Regional Joint Training Requirements Specialists to support readiness planning, training assessments, and coordination activities throughout designated National Guard regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 7 years supporting military readiness or training programs
- Experience supporting Joint Training programs
- Experience coordinating multi-state or regional activities
- Knowledge of Joint Training System methodology
- Experience with Joint Training Plans and readiness assessments
- Strong facilitation and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- National Guard experience
- Former State J7, J37, or Operations Officer
- Experience using DRRS, JTIMS, or JLLIS systems
