This is not a routine execution role. This is a build from scratch role where you will audit, fix, and improve our email setup end to end. If you enjoy ownership and building systems that last, this role is a strong fit.
Job Responsibilities:
- Email deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement
- SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-ups, and sending practices
- Email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns and automations
- Contact lists — segmentation, suppression, hygiene, and ethical growth
- Event communication: registrations, reminders, follow-ups, replay campaigns
- SOPs and rules for how teams use email, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Weekly reports on opens, clicks, conversions, and other KPIs
- Testing subject lines, timing, CTAs — and recommending improvements
Expected Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–3+ years of experience in email, SMS, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and deliverability
- Working knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain reputation, and warm-up
- Experience running SMS campaigns; WhatsApp marketing is a plus
- Strong automation, segmentation, and customer journey experience
- Comfortable building systems and processes from scratch
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
- Multi-brand or multi-domain experience
- Google Postmaster and deliverability monitoring
- Webinar and event marketing
- WhatsApp Business Platform
- Basic HTML email knowledge

- Remuneration - Starting from 90,000 LKR (Inclusive of Basic + Fixed allowances). You will be eligible for a probation confirmation increment after 06 months. (Conditions apply).
