About Kitsch
Kitsch is a certified female and minority-owned global beauty brand. Our products are in 32,000+ retailers across 92 countries. We make essentials that make you feel exceptional.
The Role
More and more Kitsch shopping trips start on a screen. As our Digital Retail Marketing Manager, you'll build the growth system that connects every digital dollar we spend to what actually sells: on mykitsch.com, on marketplaces and on retailer shelves.
This is not a channel manager role. You'll find what's really holding growth back, decide where the budget goes, and build the testing and measurement behind it. Then you'll get into the accounts and the data yourself to make it work.
Remote (US) | Full-time
What You'll Do
- Build Kitsch's digital growth model: forecast, channel mix and budget across paid social, search, creator and affiliate, TikTok Shop, marketplaces and retail media
- Within your first 90 days, give leadership one clear plan for where every dollar goes and why
- Grow revenue in a profitable way by managing CAC, LTV, MER and ROAS, and moving budget fast toward what works
- Drive digital demand that converts at Target, Ulta, Instacart, DoorDash and other retailers
- Set up attribution, incrementality tests, dashboards and a weekly growth review so the team can make decisions with confidence
- Bring DTC, marketplace and retailer data together into one clear view
- Partner with our Creative team to build a testing system that finds winning ideas fast and scales them, including creator and TikTok Shop content
- Make sure our top products are easy to find and buy on retailer sites, and that every launch has digital support from day one
- Use AI to speed up research, analysis, reporting and creative work, and build tools the team keeps using
What You Bring

- Experience building measurement: attribution, incrementality tests and dashboards
- Comfort with unit economics: CAC, LTV, MER and contribution margin
- Daily use of AI tools for analysis, reporting or creative work
Nice to have
- Experience in beauty, hair care or personal care
- Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate or creator programs
- Digital shelf experience: product content, reviews and search rank on retailer sites
- Experience working with Target, Ulta or Walmart vendor teams
- A track record of building internal tools or automated reporting
